At BÉIS, we want you to love your gear as much as we do, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a small shipping and handling fee is deducted from all refunds, while exchanges and store credit returns are always free.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unused items into the original BÉIS box or mailer.

• 4.
  Drop It Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt for reference.
